This Copyright Policy governs the ownership, protection, use, and enforcement of intellectual property on Whizzo AI ("Whizzo AI", "Platform"), owned and operated by Alphacoders Software Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in Maharashtra, India.
- This Policy is issued in compliance with:
- The Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The IT Rules, 2011 & 2021
- Applicable Indian cyber laws and judicial precedents
3.1 Ownership Of Platform Content
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to: Text, Graphics, Software, Source code, AI models, Algorithms, Databases, Interfaces, Design elements, Logos, Trademarks, Audio-visual content, Learning materials, Platform architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of Whizzo AI and/or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India.
3.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)
Users may upload or input content including text, prompts, queries, notes, and learning material. By submitting content, users:
• Represent that they own or have lawful rights to such content
• Grant Whizzo AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to: Host, Store, Process, Display, Reproduce, Modify (for technical and AI processing purposes), Use for service delivery, Use for anonymised analytics and improvement. This license exists only for platform operation, AI processing, service delivery, and lawful purposes.
3.3 AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated outputs are generated dynamically. Whizzo AI does not guarantee originality, non-infringement, or copyright clearance of AI outputs. Users are solely responsible for: Verifying originality, Ensuring lawful use, Compliance with copyright laws, Proper attribution where required. Whizzo AI disclaims liability for infringement arising from user use of AI outputs.
3.4 Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not: Upload infringing content, Copy or reproduce copyrighted material without rights, Distribute pirated content, Circumvent copyright protection, Scrape or extract platform content, Reverse engineer platform systems, Exploit AI outputs unlawfully.
3.5 Notice And Takedown Mechanism (India)
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, you may submit a written complaint with: Identification of copyrighted work, Description of infringing content, Proof of ownership, Contact details, Declaration of good faith belief, Statement of accuracy and authority. Send an email to: info@alphacoders.ai with subject: Copyright Infringement Notice. Upon receipt, Whizzo AI shall: Verify complaint, Remove/disable content where legally required, Notify user, Take appropriate legal steps as per law.
3.6 Intermediary Safe Harbour
• Whizzo AI operates as an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000.
• Whizzo AI is entitled to safe harbour protection subject to due diligence and lawful compliance obligations.
